At Spring Street Dental, we focus on helping calm the anxiety and nerves of our patients. We will strive to do everything we can to make your visit to our office as comfortable and calming as possible.
For patients who feel uneasy about their dental treatment, we offer a range of sedation options that can be administered in conjunction with almost all of our dental services.
Oral Sedation
A prescribed pill when you arrive for your appointment. Within a few minutes, you will start to feel calm and relaxed. The oral medication will cause you to be drowsy. We ask that you arrange for someone to drive you home afterwards.
IV Sedation
IV Sedation is often used for wisdom teeth extractions and root canals. This sedation option is also useful for patients with moderate to severe anxiety. We ask that you arrange for someone to drive you home after the procedure.
